However, these salmon and mackerel fish are not available in our country. However, linseed oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids. And you will get this oil in the local market. Remember, this linseed oil is not meant to be applied to the scalp or used in cooking. Every day 2 teaspoons of linseed oil should be mixed with salad. Only then can your hair fall out a lot.

Vitamin-E: Vitamin-E is very effective in preventing hair loss and new hair growth. Vitamin E increases the supply of oxygen to the hair follicles which plays an effective role in hair growth and it prevents hair fall by increasing the body’s resistance. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant and protects the skin by removing harmful free radicals. Pear, almond, and olive oils are rich in vitamins.

Henna leaves: In addition to naturally coloring hair and conditioning the hair, it is also possible to prevent hair loss by using henna leaves. How to use: Take 250 ml of mustard oil in a tin can. Now boil it in the oven with 60 grams of clean Mehendi leaves till the leaves are burnt. Now wrap the mixture in a muslin cloth and just collect the oil. Now mix half a cup of yogurt with one cup of dried Mehendi leaf powder well. Apply the mixture on the hair for an hour then wash the hair with shampoo. Use regularly 2-3 times a week.

Castor Oil: The most effective solution for hair loss is castor oil. If you can use this castor oil in different ways in hair care, you can completely cure the problem of hair loss. Not only this, with the help of castor oil you can do new hair growth. And at the same time, you will get rid of various problems of hair and scalp forever.

The practice of massaging the hair from the scalp to the ends of the hair with castor oil in the palm of the hand alone can bring a lot of changes.
However, be careful not to use excess oil. Because castor oil is much thicker than other oils it will be harder to wash off.
You can get the best results if you leave castor oil on your hair overnight and wash it off in the morning. But if you don’t have time, apply castor oil on your hair for 15-20 minutes.
If you don’t want to just use castor oil, you can mix it with other oils like olive oil, almond oil, vitamin E capsules, etc. You will get quite good results in this too.
You will get very good results if you can use it every day. But if you do not have time, try to use it 3-4 days a week.
